Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible returns within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Final sale and customized items (including custom hats) may not be eligible

1. Start a return by emailing support@letitflyoutdoors.com with your order number

2. Ship the item back using the instructions we send

3. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
