What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear

Damage from misuse, alteration, or improper care

Damage from accidents or conditions beyond the product’s design

Products bought from unauthorized sellers

Custom artwork or logo placement issues on made-to-order items that match what you approved

How to File a Claim

1. Email support@letitflyoutdoors.com with your order number and photos of the defect

2. We’ll review within about 5 business days

3. Approved claims may get a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
