You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Tags must be attached

Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

2. Pack items securely and include your order number

3. Ship the package using the carrier and address we provide

Want a different size or color? Email support@letitflyoutdoors.com. Exchanges depend on stock. Often the fastest path is a return and a new order.

You’re responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or something defective

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
